Administrative Assistant: Archive Services

Full Time

Purpose of the Job: To provide an effective and efficient Archive services to the Company.

Key Performance Areas

  • Perform Filling functions in Archive Services
  • Perform File Retrieval in Archive Services Auditing
  • Receipt and dispatching of files in Archive Services
  • Perform scanning/Auditing of all files in the Branch
  • Requesting and collection of Off-site files

 

Qualifications and Experience

  • Appropriate Matric Certificate/Grade 12 @ NQF Level 5 or equivalent
  • Relevant 1 year experience in an administrative environment

  • Computer literacy
