Administrative Office Clerk

Key responsibilities:

  • Placing of orders on Accpac
  • Daily capturing of supplier invoices on Accpac
  • Preparation of daily order confirmations and sales invoices on Accpac
  • Recording and posting of stock produced on a daily basis
  • Updating of all recipe costings on a monthly basis on Accpac, together with monthly reporting of gross profit margins achieved for both production items and retail sales
  • Assisting with monthly reconciliations and other reporting requirements in the preparation of monthly management accounts


Minimum required Requirements:

  • National Diploma
  • modules on Accpac, specifically debtors, creditors and stock modules
  • Ability to work fast and accurately under pressure
  • No decision making is involved in this position
  • It is a high level “number crunching” position


Remuneration: per month Basic salary
