Call Centre Agent – Sales Agent

Full Time

Candidate Responsibilities will include:

  • Acknowledge telephonically within 24 Hours
  • Initiate CXD LEAD memo within 24 Hours
  • Vigorously attempt to obtain both RECON/RELOC client details
  • Capture Sales Lead on Listener within 24 Hours
  • Schedule sales by email of appointments for both RECON/RELOC clients
  • Notify sales by email of appointments booked within 24 Hours
  • Follow up on outstanding information
  • Send Lo letters for both IT/EXP
  • Process bundles daily with 24 Hour
  • Schedule system removal
  • Keep schedule of appointments
  • Keep all client correspondence
  • Communicate with all internal departments
  • Answer any telephone that rings more than 3 times

Candidate Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Telephonic sales support
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Knowledge of security industry beneficial
