Executive Director PA

Full Time

This position works with the Executive Director, the Business Development Manager and the management team to attract new donors and maintain good relations with existing donors.

Candidate Responsibilities will include:
• Provide administrative support
• Build and maintain relationships, locally and internationally
• Report writing

Requirements: Qualifications and Experience:
– Matric
– A tertiary business qualification would be advantageous
– Experience dealing with donors and regulatory bodies
– Experience planning and organizing diverse activities within a pressured environment
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels, both internally and externally
– Very good command of both spoken and written English
– Certificate in, and high degree of, computer literacy, including MS Office
– Document management and administration skills
