Job Description:
We are seeking a suitably qualified Corporate Office Administrator to provide High-level support to the Legal and Compliance Manager. The ideal candidate will establish and maintain a corporate office function for the group including, good corporate governance principles.


Key Performance Areas:
– Record keeping: including statutory registers, minutes, agendas and resolutions
– Statutory submissions: including annual returns, company changes, share transfers
– Assist in managing the corporate calendar, including arranging shareholder, board and subcommittee meetings
– Distribution of documents: including meeting notices, agendas, board packs, minutes, Board decisions
– Co-ordinating with regulators and offshore service providers in various jurisdictions
– Corporate governance reviews and compliance with governance requirements
– Administrative support to the department such as drafting documents, filing, updating records, record keeping, updating legal and compliance registers, assist with monthly follow-ups and stationery orders
