Candidate Responsibilities will include:
Candidate must achieve Area sales targets as directed by Management.
To achieve stock loss targets as directed by Management.
To achieve staff salary targets as directed by Management.
To achieve all compliance requirements with regards to admin, HR, security, cash-ups and banking for the Area.
To achieve expense budget targets in line with Area sales performance.
To ensure the Areas KPI’s are achieved.
To ensure understanding and implementation of good labour practice as stipulated by the Labour Act.
Be fully aware of the company’s Health and Safety policy, Basic Conditions of Employment and Employment Equity.
To have a good knowledge and understanding of the HR Manuals Policies and Procedures.
To attend and undertake any other duties related to your role as directed by Management.
Ensure that a working vehicle is available at all times to perform said duties.
Candidate Minimum Requirements:
Matric Certificate required
Previous Retail Management experience required
Experience in conducting and initiating disciplinary hearings
Computer knowledge and familiar with working on word, excel and outlook
Own vehicle and holds a clean driving license and has the ability to stay overnight as and when required.
Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to drive and motivate performance through effective coaching skills.
Ability to train and develop staff.
Sales and target driven.
Highly organised with the ability to adapt to change.
Self-starter, who takes the initiative.
Customer service focused with good communication skills.
Responsible and calm under pressure
Able to work independently without supervision.
Ability to travel.
