Legal Administration Officer

Full Time

Candidate Responsibilities will include:
Ensure the effective movement of one stage to another is timeously attended to
Preparation of legal processes (typing, diarizing, ascertaining jurisdiction, conducting queries with Sheriff)
Understanding of undefended debt collection procedure
Be able to follow through on legal process from one legal process to the next step
Diarizing of all files
Updating spreadsheets with regard to new instructions, legal processes, closed matters and queries
Formulate spreadsheets for new projects
Accurate verbal and written reporting
Performs all other related duties which may be required from time to time

Candidate Minimum Requirements:
MS Office and  Internet
Fluent in English Legal processes General legal knowledge
Ability to work in high pressure and fast-passed environment
Attention to detail, Team player
Enthusiastic and desire to succeed
Problem Solving, Planning and organising
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Paralegal diploma / legal degree / or the minimum work related experience
