Marketing Operations Officer

Full Time

Candidate Responsibilities will include:
Working with the Director and Executive Management to develop the marketing strategy in line with company objectives
Managing the communication of products’ promotional activities across all marketing channels product categories
Managing the design and production of all promotional collateral
Take full ownership of events arrangements, related project plans, attending events as required and all related operational planning requirements
Plan and commission a wide range of engaging content for the website and other digital channels, manage its production and marketing.
Website management
Social media management
To produce creative and engaging content to maximise the impact of campaigns
Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
Oversee campaigns – PR and corporate communications
Researching and analysing market trends and competitors

Candidate Minimum Requirements:
Marketing Degree or equivalent Business Degree
Minimum of 3 years experience in the healthcare insurance and financial services Marketing and Distribution divisions
Demonstrated proficiency in an integrated Marketing and Sales environment
Experience in social media interactions/activities
Proven experience in the healthcare and/or financial services industries
Strong event organising and execution ability
Excellent people management skills
Strong analytical and project management skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Organised, reliable and responsive within a fast paced environment
Proactive, confident and resilient
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
