PA to Company Directors

Full Time

Candidate Responsibilities will include:
Answer telephones, screen calls and direct calls
Take and relay messages
Provide information to callers
Greet visitors entering the company
Direct visitors to the correct internal person
Deal with queries from public and customers
Receive and sort mail and deliveries
Tidy and maintain reception area
Tidy and maintain the boardrooms and meeting areas
Reading, monitoring and responding to executive mail
Answering calls and dealing with clients
Preparing correspondence on behalf of executives
Diary management/ planning and organizing meetings
Organising travel and preparing itineraries
Attending meetings and taking minutes
Planning and organizing events
Preparing presentations and events
Handle insurance on assets and report back on claims and excess payments

Candidate Minimum Requirements:
Minimum Matric with suitable qualification
+- 3 years experience in a similar role

Preferred Skills:
Well-groomed/ well-spoken and presentable and friendly
Speak, write and communicate in English perfectly, ability to speak other languages would be an advantage
Ability to deal with people at all levels
Able to multi-task
Able to handle confidential information
