Receptionist: Front Desk

Full Time

Candidate Duties and Responsibilities:
. Welcome all visitors efficiently and courteously at all times.
. Ensure visitors are signed in on the electronic security system and receives a visitor’s token.
. Seat visitors and offer refreshments.
. Announce visitors to the parties they are meeting with.
. Maintain a neat and clean reception area.
. Ensure the latest company contact lists are at hand.
. Receive packages delivered by service providers/couriers.
. Maintain efficient operation of the electronic security system and log calls for technical assistance.
. Report replenishment needs in the beverage corner.
. Will be required to assist with Switchboard calls from time to time.
 

Candidate Minimum Requirements:
. Matric with a relevant tertiary Office Management / MS Outlook Certificate or equivalent computer literacy qualification
. 3 Years Frontline reception experience
. 2 Years Guest Liaison / Customer Service experience
. 2 years Office administration experience
. Excellent telephone and switchboard skills
. Excellent computer literacy (MS Office, Google Suite)
. Customer service orientation
. Professional attitude and appearance
. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
. Ability to multitask and have good time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
. Must be willing to work flexible hours
