Senior Recruitment Officer

Full Time

The Senior Recruiter will be required to ensure that our company attract, hire and retain the best, qualified employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline, to address current and future needs, while complying with statutory and good personnel practice principles. Work closely with cross-functional-teams to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes, demonstrate experience in screening, interviewing and assessing candidates, have current knowledge of relevant labour legislation and be a team leader who is able to make effective decisions quickly and is capable of managing a small team.

 

Minimum Requirements…

Essential:

  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • National Diploma and/or degree in HRM or Industrial  Psychology or similar
  • 5 years of recruitment experience (Agency/In-House)

 

Advantageous:

  • APSO/SABPP accreditation
  • Recruitment experience in the FMCG sector
  • Experience in leading a small team
