Candidate Responsibilities will include:
Receive and manage /advise IT Technicians on all open helpdesk service requests.
Plan and manage all tasks related to IT Technicians.
Ensure that backups are implemented for all users at all sites.
Manage backup servers and off-site backup sites at all times.
Asset and stock management.
Manage Helpdesk System.
Manage all IT expenses.
Candidate Minimum Requirements:
Relevant Qualification in IT Hardware, Software and Infrastructure Support.
5+ years’ experience as IT Technician or 2+ years as Senior IT Technician
5+ years’ experience in Network Administration and Hardware Maintenance
Microsoft Active Directory
Security and Antivirus Systems
Remote Desktop, Citrix and Terminal Servers
LAN/WAN configuration and support
Ethernet, Fibre, VSAT, Wireless and WiFi network installation and support
Software installation and support
