Candidate Responsibilities will include:
Support employees with basic and complex human resources requests and enquiries.
Optimise the service delivery of the Service Centre.
Ensure client expectations are met.
Candidate Minimum Requirements:
Matric with 5 year experience in a HR related role or a Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management.
Advanced knowledge and understanding of general HR policies with a focus on remuneration, payroll and benefits policies, processes and principles.
Knowledge of all relevant HR legislation and regulatory guidelines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Display good accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to analyse data and information.
